In any other America on any other timeline, a presidential candidate echoing the words of Adolf Hitler would soon be packing up for an early retirement.

This is a classic mainstream media move… Pick some individual phrase of Donald Trump, focus on literally that word without actually interrogating the substance or what’s at issue.
